New Lidl Store in Dunfermline Granted Planning Permission

Manson are proud to announce that planning permission has been granted for the latest Lidl Store in Fife, on Laburnum Road in Dunfermline.

Plans for the new Lidl store have been approved by Fife Council on the site of the former King Malcolm Hotel in Dunfermline's Pitcorthie area, following strong local support for redeveloping the derelict site with a new supermarket.

The new store will deliver just over 2000sqm of retail in a prime location. Manson Associates have also recently completed the delivery of another Lidl store in Livingston with Clark Contracts.
